Influence oligoesters marks l-3603-2-12 and l-10002-2-80 on microsomal oxidation hepatocytes and tissue respiration mitochondria in the experimental animals

Studying the effects of prolonged exposure of 2 new brands Oligoesters the state of monooxygenase system microsomes of hepatocytes, tissue respiration and oxidative phosphorylation in the mitochondria showed that Oligoesters makes L-3603-2-12 and L-10002-2-80 in dose 1/100 DL50 stimulate hepatocyte microsomal monooxygenase system, lipid peroxidation, which is associated with inhibition of tissue respiration and oxidative phosphorylation are based on the development of molecular membrane pathology.
